Ranch Land, ~140.06 +/- Acres with a pretty even mix of wooded hunting land and open grazing land just 7.6 miles outside Refugio. Set back off the highway far enough to escape the noise, approximately 0.6 miles of paved road and 1.9 miles of a nice caliche road (shared by oilfield trucks) leads you back to these two tracts, which are divided by the road. The southerly (small) tract of 32.11 acres is open and cleared yard, perfect to set up camp with RV's, vehicles, storage, or even a small cabin.
